Trial and purchase terms
Current availability: RHIA is available to invited users free of charge. App Store downloads, the seven-day trial, and purchases are not active yet. Creating an account today does not authorize a charge.
Planned seven-day trial
When the Apple trial becomes available, eligible users will receive seven consecutive days (168 hours) of access from the time they confirm the free trial. The app will show the exact ending date and time before the trial starts.
The trial includes 25 distinct practice questions total: five in each of the five RHIA domains. You may repeat those same questions and review their explanations and source information during the seven days. The allowance does not reset daily or rotate into new questions. Full-length timed and guided exams are not included.
After the trial
Without a purchase, access to questions, explanations, and practice exams will pause when the trial ends. Account management, privacy information, account deletion, and export of previously saved progress will remain available.
Full access will require a one-time purchase of $59.99 USD in the US storefront. Apple will display the actual local price and any applicable taxes before confirmation. There is no recurring subscription.
The trial will not automatically convert into a paid purchase. A charge occurs only when you explicitly confirm the paid purchase through Apple. You do not need to delete your account or uninstall the app to avoid a charge.
RHIA will not ask you to enter card details into its own account forms. Apple handles payment authorization for in-app purchases. Eligible purchases will be restorable through the app’s Restore Purchases control once purchasing is released.
Invited users
A valid free invitation grants access without a purchase. Free invitees will not be enrolled in a paid trial or charged when seven days pass. Access can be suspended or revoked by the owner.
Account deletion and refunds
Account deletion is separate from purchases and refund requests. Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not itself request a refund. For an Apple purchase, use Apple’s refund-request service; Apple determines eligibility. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law provides.

RHIA Study Lab is an independent educational study aid. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by AHIMA or the RHIA certification program. Practice questions are original study materials, not official exam questions.
A practice score or practice PASS result does not predict or guarantee an official exam result. Content may contain errors or become outdated. Use current official exam materials and verify important information with authoritative sources. The app does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice.
